Full Time Business Management positions now available in Buffalo, NY

As a division of The Stanley Works, Mac Tools continues to be one of the world's most recognized and trusted brands in the professional automotive tool industry. Currently we have an opening for a dynamic individual to join our team as a F/T Business Development Leader in Buffalo .  

Responsibilities for this business development positions will include:

• Conducting effective ride a-longs 3-4 days per week
• Driving sales to the truck and off the truck at the District level and the Distributor level
• Generates leads for Field Recruiters
• Conducts new start training
• Conducts Field Excellence Meetings monthly with entire district.
• May participate at Student Tech shows
• Extensive travel required within territory
• Perform route surveys

Qualifications:

• Product   & industry knowledge
• Proven sales experience
• Business Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Training skills
• Lead generation skills
• BA in business or related field preferred
• 5 plus years managing a team of field/route sales professionals
